Jessica Hughes is the dedicated administrator of The Farm School where her children attend—a role that allows her to combine her passion for education, family, and community-building in a deeply meaningful way. With a hands-on leadership style and a heart for service, Jessica is committed to fostering a nurturing, enriching environment where students, teachers, and families can thrive together.
Her journey into school leadership is rooted in years of experience as both an educator and a wellness professional. Before stepping into administration, she spent 15 years as a licensed cosmetologist and instructor, teaching advanced education at cosmetology schools and guiding students toward success in their own careers. This experience has shaped her belief in the power of mentorship, creativity, and lifelong learning—values she now brings into her work with students and staff every day.
In addition to her role at the school, Jessica is a licensed massage therapist and the owner of a small business specializing in handcrafted natural products. She sells her creations at The Farm’s Artisanal Market, where her focus on wellness and sustainability continues to impact her broader community.
Whether she’s leading initiatives at school, supporting her children’s education, or sharing her knowledge and products with others, Jessica leads with heart, purpose, and a deep-rooted commitment to holistic growth.
