If you would like to enroll your child in our brick-and-mortar school, you'll first need to submit an application so that we can get to know some basic information about you!

We ask that you please submit this application for each student you wish to enroll.

This form is for in-person enrollment only. If you are interested in homeschooling your student, please instead see the Satellite Program menu and information.

Keep in mind we do have an approval process - submitting this application form for students does NOT by itself guarantee service. If your student(s) are accepted, we will follow up with an email and additional information.
